针对煤层气压裂液所用锆交联冻胶对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)相对分子质量及其分子链上—COO—数目和分布要求严格等问题,分别以丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵作为聚合单体和引发剂,采用双温度调控水溶液自由基聚合法,制备了链结构可控的PAM。考察了反应温度、单体含量、反应时间、引发剂加入量和加入温度等因素对PAM相对分子质量、水解度等特性参数的影响,初步探讨了合成条件与PAM性能之间的关系。同时,通过正交实验得出了具有较好锆交联效果的PAM合成条件。
In view of the problems of the relative molecular mass of polyacrylamide (PAM), the number and distribution of -COO- in the molecular chain of the zirconium crosslinked jelly used in CBM fracturing fluid, acrylamide and ammonium persulfate as the monomer And initiator, a double temperature controlled aqueous solution free radical polymerization was used to prepare PAM with chain structure control. The effects of reaction temperature, monomer content, reaction time, initiator addition and temperature on the properties of PAM such as molecular weight and degree of hydrolysis were investigated. The relationship between the synthesis conditions and PAM properties was discussed. At the same time, orthogonal experimental results obtained with good zirconium crosslinking PAM synthesis conditions.
