隐性分层教学是教师在保护学生自尊心和自信心的前提下,在教学中做到因材施教,可以有效地弥补班级授课制易忽视学生个体差异的弱点。现行的教学方式中.教师往往采用“整齐划一”的教学模式.这种“一刀切”的教学方式不仅未能使学习困难的学生获得帮助,更阻碍了优秀学生的发展。我们不能再用传统的思维方式来草率处理这些问题,而应做深入细致的思考,实施隐性分层教学,使不同层次儿童的学习能力和可能性发挥出来,让每个学生都能享受到成功的乐趣。
