目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,ADM)在肺癌患者的表达及其与肺癌临床生物学特征的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学和放免法检测肺癌组织及血浆中ADM的表达情况,并回顾性分析ADM基因表达与肺癌的临床生物学特征的关系。结果:肺癌组织的ADM蛋白表达明显高于癌旁组织及正常肺组织(P<0.01),而癌旁组织的ADM阳性表达率与正常肺组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺癌组织中ADM蛋白的表达与肺癌分化程度有一定关系(P<0.05),与年龄、病理类型和TNM分期无明显关系(P>0.05)。肺癌组血浆中ADM含量均高于非肺癌组和健康对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01),且血浆中ADM的表达与TNM分期有一定关系(P<0.05),与病理类型无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:肺癌患者中ADM表达明显增强,其表达水平与肺癌分化程度显著相关,ADM基因在肺癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of adrenomedullin (ADM) in patients with lung cancer and its relationship with the clinical biological characteristics of lung cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay were used to detect the expression of ADM in lung cancer tissues and plasma. The relationship between the expression of ADM gene and the clinical biological characteristics of lung cancer was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The expression of ADM protein in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues and normal lung tissues (P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference between normal lung tissues and adjacent tissues (P> 0.05). The expression of ADM protein in lung cancer was correlated with the degree of lung cancer differentiation (P <0.05), but not with age, pathological type and TNM stage (P> 0.05). The level of ADM in plasma of lung cancer group was higher than that of non-lung cancer group and healthy control group (P <0.05 and P <0.01), and the expression of ADM in plasma had a certain relationship with TNM stage (P <0.05), but not with pathological type (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of ADM in lung cancer patients is significantly increased. The expression level of ADM is significantly correlated with the degree of lung cancer differentiation. ADM gene may play an important role in the development of lung cancer.
