以四川达州当地野生乳菇子实体为试材,采用分离、纯化方式,研究了不同配方对鲜艳乳菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:达州地区鲜艳乳菇菌丝生长最适配方是马铃薯200g、琼脂18g、酵母膏4g、蛋白胨5g、葡萄糖20g、MgSO_4·7H_2O 1.5g、KH_2PO_41.5g、维生素B110mg、松针水1 000mL,为达州地区鲜艳乳菇菌种扩繁及人工驯化栽培奠定了基础。
Using the local Lactuca sativa fruiting bodies in Dazhou, Sichuan as experimental materials, the effects of different formulations on the mycelial growth of Lactarius were studied by separation and purification methods. The results showed that the optimal growth conditions of fresh Lactarius were as follows: 200g of potato, 18g of agar, 4g of yeast extract, 5g of peptone, 20g of glucose, 1.5g of MgSO 4 · 7H 2 O, 41.5g of KH 2 PO 4, 10mg of vitamin B1 and 1 000mL of pine needles, It laid the foundation for the propagation and artificial cultivation of viviparous Lactobacillus species in Dazhou.
