某地铁车站深基坑施工过程中,基坑北侧建筑物产生了明显的不均匀沉降,且整体沉降较大。对不同施工阶段基坑临近建筑物沉降进行监测,分析引起建筑物沉降的原因,介绍了施工过程中应的一些应对措施。通过监测分析发现:建筑物沉降是各种综合因素引起的,施工中各个环节都应该予以控制;高压旋喷桩施工对建筑物沉降影响较大;基坑开挖过程中应严格控制地下连续墙变形,及时附加预应轴力,合理控制基坑及建筑物周边降水量。
During the construction of a deep foundation pit of a metro station, obvious uneven settlement occurred in the buildings on the north side of the foundation pit and the overall settlement was large. The settlement of adjacent buildings in different stages of construction is monitored, the reason of settlement caused by buildings is analyzed, and some measures to be taken during construction are introduced. Through the monitoring and analysis, it is found that the settlement of buildings is caused by various comprehensive factors and should be controlled in all aspects of construction. The construction of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile has a great influence on the settlement of buildings. The underground continuous wall should be strictly controlled during excavation of foundation pit Deformation, the timely addition of prestressed axial force, reasonable control of foundation pit and building around the precipitation.
