印度教艺术对于佛教艺术的影响在不同的历史时期有不同的体现。这种文化之间潜移默化的影响是经历很长的时间而产生的,并还在不断得进行。印度教的艺术和佛教艺术本是同源之水,都来源于古印度的文化积累和劳动下的实践。原始的艺术是人类文化中一切艺术的本源。在古印度原始文化和雅利安文化的共同给养下产生了吠陀文化。婆罗门时期是古印度宗教文化发展至鼎盛的一个重要时期,宗教开始出现百花齐放的局面。在这个时期,婆罗门教虽是正统,但是一教独大的局面已经不复存在,佛教,耆那教等后来的重要宗教相继创立和发展,这些新兴的宗教最根本还是来自原始的本土文化和吠陀婆罗门的文化。
The influence of Hindu art on Buddhist art has been shown differently in different historical periods. The subtle influence between cultures has taken a long time to come and is still going on. Hindu art and Buddhist art are the same source of water, all from ancient India’s cultural accumulation and labor practices. The original art is the origin of all art in human culture. The Vedic culture was created with the co-sponsorship of primitive Indian culture and Aryan culture. The Brahmin period was an important period for the development of religious culture in ancient India. Religion began to flourish. Although Brahmanism was orthodox during this period, the situation of the monopoly of religion was no longer existed. Important religions such as Buddhism and Jainism were founded and developed one after another, and these new religions are at the most fundamental origin of primitive culture Vedic Brahmin culture.
