本工作通过 T 淋巴细胞增殖效应的定量分析(LTT),研究针刺大鼠“足三里”时纹状体内源性亮-脑啡肽(LEK)的合成和释放,对饱疫功能的调节作用。结果:(1)针刺“足三里”、LTT 增加时,LEK 含量增高;纹状体微量注射纳洛酮,LTT 受抑。(2)纹状体微量注射 LEK 引起的 LTT 增加,比电针引起的增加更强。(3)纹状体微量注射 LEK 抗血清时,电针引起的 LTT 受抑。以上结果表明,LEK 在电针调节免疫功能中起着重要作用,这作用可能是通过它在纹状体中作为神经递质或神经调质所促成的。
In this work, the synthesis and release of endogenous leucoenkephalin (LEK) from striatum during acupuncture in rats’ “Zusanli” was studied by quantitative analysis of the proliferation effect of T lymphocytes (LTT). Regulatory effect. Results: (1) When acupuncture, “Zusanli”, LTT increase, LEK content increased; naloxone and LTT were inhibited by striatum. (2) The increase in LTT caused by LEK microinjection was stronger than that caused by electroacupuncture. (3) LTT was suppressed by electroacupuncture when microinjection of LEK antiserum was performed. The above results indicate that LEK plays an important role in the regulation of immune function by electroacupuncture, which may be caused by it acting as a neurotransmitter or neuromodulator in the striatum.
