本文以中国某大学英语专业二年级三个班的学生(一个实验班,两个控制班)为对象,对档案袋评价在中国高校英语口语课堂的应用做可行性研究。研究结束时的英语口语能力对比分析结果显示实验班在音素、衔接、组织、自然度、话轮协商、副语言等维度上比控制班有明显优势。三个班学生的英语专业四级口试成绩对比分析也显示实验班在反映语言精确度的语音和语法上比控制班得分高。
This article aims at the feasibility study of the application of portfolio evaluation in the Chinese college oral English class for three classes of sophomores (one experimental class and two control classes) of English major in a university in China. The results of comparative analysis of spoken English at the end of the study show that the experimental class has obvious advantages over the control classes in the dimensions of phoneme, cohesion, organization, naturalness, turn-taking and paralinguistic. Comparative analysis of Grade Four oral English test scores among the three classes of students also shows that the experimental class has higher scores in speech and grammar than the control classes in reflecting the accuracy of the language.
