在承德山杨适生区引进三倍体山杨组培苗,通过嫁接、根繁及嫩枝扦插繁育出一批苗木,营造了试验林,并同5个优良无性系进行对比试验。结果表明,三倍体山杨与对照5个品种山杨无性系高、径生长差异达显著水平。平均表型值三倍体山杨>平泉优>江南优>青山新16>青山新15>方正15。三倍体山杨年平均高生长量298m,地径312cm。材质结构细密,木材密度04726g/cm3,纤维素含量高,纤维长,长宽比高,是山区营造速生丰产工业用材林和次生山杨林迹地更新的优良树种。
The introduction of triploid poplar tissue culture seedlings in Yangshuangshan of Chengde Mountain resulted in the breeding of a series of seedlings by grafting, rooting and softwood cutting. The experiment was compared with 5 excellent clones. The results showed that the triploid aspen and the control five cultivars Populus euphratic, high diameter growth differences were significant. Average phenotypic value Triploid Populus> Pingquan You> Jiangnan You> Aoyama 16> Aoyama 15> Founder 15. Triploid poplar average annual growth of 2 98m, diameter 3 12cm. The structure of the material is fine, the density of the wood is 0.4726g / cm3, the cellulose content is high, the fiber length is high and the aspect ratio is high. It is an excellent tree species for regeneration of high-yielding industrial timber stands and secondary poplars in mountainous areas.
