This article focuses on sensor technology suitable for digital system applications. The applications of encoder plate in absolute and incremental position measurement and angular velocity measurement are summarized. The linear grating and fringe technology are compared in the measurement of linear displacement and similar applications. The article also generally discusses the solution of the motor The various techniques that produce a digital output, and at the same time, a brief description of the device that produces the digital output from the natural frequencies at which some elements of the sensor vibrate; the last section outlines the other digital techniques.
