借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和拉伸试验等相关试验方法,分析了防静电地板用冷轧板FJB1冲压开裂的原因。研究结果表明,冷轧板内部夹杂物和表面缺陷是造成冲压开裂的直接原因;同时,冷轧板部分区域组织和性能欠佳、厚度偏差较大等原因也可造成冲压开裂。应按照冷轧产品一贯制的管理方法,从炼钢-热轧-冷轧-退火-冲压全流程考虑,优化工艺,提高冷轧板的质量,降低冲压开裂缺陷发生率。采取相应措施后,冲压开裂缺陷发生率由15.5%下降到小于2%。
By means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and tensile test, the reason of stamping cracking of cold rolled plate FJB1 for anti-static floor was analyzed. The results show that the inclusions and surface defects in the cold rolled sheet are the direct causes of press cracking. In the meantime, the microstructure and properties of some regions of the cold rolled sheet are poor, and the thickness deviations are large and so on. According to the consistent management system of cold rolled products, the whole process of steelmaking, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing and stamping should be considered to optimize the process, improve the quality of cold rolled sheet and reduce the incidence of punching and cracking defects. After taking corresponding measures, the incidence of punching and cracking defects decreased from 15.5% to less than 2%.
