企业在传统绩效管理中,普遍利用财务指标对员工进行绩效考核,随着企业发展战略的更新,该绩效考核办法已不太适应企业发展的需要。因此,积极研究和探讨企业发展战略背景下新的绩效管理体系具有非常重要的现实意义。基于此,本文从传统绩效管理的缺陷入手,深入阐述了构建基于企业发展战略的绩效管理体系的有效策略,希望能对基于企业发展战略的绩效管理体系建设提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
Enterprises in the traditional performance management, the widespread use of financial indicators to staff performance appraisal, with the development of enterprise strategy, the performance appraisal approach has not adapted to the needs of business development. Therefore, it is very important to study and discuss the new performance management system under the background of enterprise development strategy. Based on this, starting with the defects of traditional performance management, this paper elaborates the effective strategy of constructing the performance management system based on the enterprise development strategy, and hopes to provide some useful references for the performance management system construction based on the enterprise development strategy.
