本文对蕙兰(Cymbidium faberi)、令箭荷花(Nopalxochia ackermannii)等9种花在盛开与衰老时的内源植物激素水平与呼吸速率进行了对比测定。同时,进行了外源植物激素延长花期及对乙烯生成的影响的实验。结果表明:长寿花的内源乙烯水平均很高,约为短寿花的3—16倍。短寿花盛开时有很高含量的 ABA,其 CTK/ABA 比值(<1.1)比长寿花的(>1.7)小。各种花衰老时 ABA 均增至很高水平,表明 ABA 对于控制花的衰老有重要的调节功能。长寿花具有高水平的 GA,和玉米素,短寿花则缺少。呼吸强度只是影响花寿命的因素之一,不起决定作用。外源6BA 与玉米素对于延长兰花的寿命有显著效果。IAA 可明显延长令箭荷花的寿命,并且是通过促进乙烯生成的途径来实现的。
In this paper, Cymbidium faberi, Nopalxochia ackermannii and other nine kinds of flowers in full bloom and aging of endogenous plant hormone levels and respiratory rate were measured. At the same time, experiments were carried out on the effects of exogenous plant hormones on the flowering period and the ethylene production. The results showed that the endogenous ethylene content of longevity flowers were high, about 3-16 times of short-lived flowers. Short-lived flowers bloom in high levels of ABA with a CTK / ABA ratio (<1.1) less than that of longevity flowers (> 1.7). ABA in all kinds of flower senescence increased to a very high level, indicating that ABA has an important regulatory function for controlling flower senescence. Longevity flowers have a high level of GA, and zeatin, short-lived flowers are lacking. Breathing intensity is only one of the factors that affect the longevity of flowers, can not play a decisive role. Exogenous 6BA and zeatin have a significant effect on prolonging the life of orchids. IAA can significantly extend the lifespan of arrow lotus and is achieved through the promotion of ethylene production.
