[目的]利用高效液相色谱仪测定25%苯氧喹啉悬浮剂有效成分含量。[方法]采用的色谱条件为ODS C18不锈钢柱,紫外可见光检测器,检测波长235 nm,以乙腈-水(体积比75∶25)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min。[结果]外标法对制剂中的苯氧喹啉进行定量分析,在50.6~253 mg/L范围内峰面积与有效成分质量浓度呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.68%,测定出该分析方法的标准偏差为0.085,变异系数为0.34%。[结论]该分析方法简单易行,可用于生产质检中的产品含量检测。
[Objective] To determine the active ingredient content of 25% phenoxyquinoline suspension concentrate by HPLC. [Method] The chromatographic conditions used were ODS C18 stainless steel column and UV detector. The detection wavelength was 235 nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (75:25 by volume) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. [Result] The external standard method was used for the quantitative analysis of phenoxy quinoline in the preparation. The linear range of the peak area in the range of 50.6 ~ 253 mg / L was linear with the effective concentration of the active ingredient. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999 and the average recovery was 99.68% The standard deviation of the analytical method was 0.085 and the coefficient of variation was 0.34%. [Conclusion] The analysis method is simple and easy to use, which can be used for the determination of product content in production quality inspection.
