[目的]以超分散剂GY-DS1610为主要助剂,解决30%二甲戊灵SC热贮结晶问题,并最终研制出各项指标合格的配方。[方法]将GY-DS1610分别与不同类型农药助剂进行复配制备样品,通过对倾倒性、热贮稳定性和冻融稳定性的评价,初步选出较好的助剂组合,再调整助剂含量、比例对配方进行优化。[结果]确定了30%二甲戊灵SC的最佳配方:97%二甲戊灵原药31.5%,超分散剂GY-DS1610 3.0%,分散剂GY-DS1301 7.0%,润湿剂GY-WS101.0%,硅酸镁铝0.75%,防冻剂乙二醇3.0%,消泡剂0.2%,黄原胶0.12%,防腐剂0.12%。[结论]超分散剂GY-DS1610以优异的分散性有效的解决了30%二甲戊灵SC热贮结晶问题,最终筛选的配方具有较高的稳定性。
[Objective] To solve the problem of heat storage and crystallization of 30% pendimethalin SC by using hyperdispersant GY-DS1610 as the main additive, and finally formulate the formulas with various indexes. [Method] GY-DS1610 was mixed with different types of pesticide additives respectively to prepare samples. Based on the evaluation of dumping, heat storage stability and freeze-thaw stability, the better combination of auxiliaries was initially selected and then adjusted Agent content, the proportion of formulations to optimize. [Result] The optimum formula of 30% pendimethalin SC was determined: 31.5% of 97% pendimethalin original drug, 3.0% of hyperdispersant GY-DS1610, 7.0% of dispersant GY-DS1301, WS101.0%, magnesium aluminum silicate 0.75%, antifreeze ethylene glycol 3.0%, antifoaming agent 0.2%, xanthan gum 0.12%, preservative 0.12%. [Conclusion] The hyperdispersant GY-DS1610 effectively solved 30% pendimethalin SC heat storage and crystallization problem with excellent dispersibility. The final screening formula has high stability.
