运用实验物理学和理论物理学的原理与方法,研究电刺激发展肌肉力量的物理基础,主要结论如下:1)神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)在操作技术、受试者的主观感觉上均显著优于肌肉直接电刺激(MES)。2)肌肉力量素质的增长与刺激源的物理特性密切相关,理论和实践均证明:矩形波是发展肌肉力量素质的最佳波形。3)神经肌肉电刺激旨在发展肌肉功能群而非单一肌肉的力量素质,因而能较好地满足肌群协调能力的发展。4)研制的NMES-168型电刺激力量训练器在结构和功能上更适合运动训练,被鉴定为:“处同类研究先进水平”。
Using the principles and methods of experimental physics and theoretical physics, the physical basis for the development of muscle strength by electrical stimulation is studied. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) is significantly superior to the manipulation technique and the subjective perception of subjects Direct Muscle Electrical Stimulation (MES). 2) The strength of muscle strength is closely related to the physical characteristics of stimuli. Both theory and practice prove that rectangular wave is the best waveform for developing muscle strength. 3) Neuromuscular electrical stimulation aims to develop muscle functional group rather than the strength and strength of a single muscle, which can better meet the development of muscular coordination. 4) Developed NMES-168 electric stimulation training device is more suitable for sports training in structure and function, and has been identified as: “at the advanced level of similar research.”
