霍宝干河煤矿地质条件复杂,断层、陷落柱发育,是一座受太灰水、奥灰水严重威胁的矿井,主采煤层带压4~6 MPa。2012年12月4日,该矿井发生流量达730 m3/h的F13断层底板突水事故,通过科学的应急救援组织及综合管理,成功地避免了人员的伤亡,控制了水害。
Huobo Ganhe Coal Mine is characterized by complex geological conditions, fault and collapse column development, and is a mine that is seriously threatened by too-gray water and Ordovician gray water. The main coal seam is under pressure of 4 ~ 6 MPa. On December 4, 2012, a water inrush hit the F13 fault floor with a flow rate of 730 m3 / h. Through scientific emergency rescue organization and integrated management, personnel casualties were successfully avoided and water damage was controlled.
