近年来,大部分发达国家都非常重视培育0-6岁幼儿,并制定了不同教育财政政策以资助幼儿教育的发展。本研究旨在分析和比较中国上海和香港两地幼儿学前教育的财政体制,以便为两地进一步完善学前教育财政体制、促进学前教育发展提供参考。
In recent years, most developed countries attach great importance to nurturing young children aged 0-6 and have formulated different educational and fiscal policies to support the development of early childhood education. The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the financial system of preschool education in preschool education in Shanghai and Hong Kong in order to provide a reference for further improving the preschool education finance system and promoting the development of preschool education in both places.
