目的:寻求更好的发挥医药企业薪酬激励作用的途径。方法:在薪酬激励机制的相关理论基础上,运用综合方法剖析我国医药企业薪酬激励机制现存的问题及原因;结果与结论:提出更好的发挥医药企业薪酬激励作用的建议。
Objective: To seek a better way to exert the salary incentive function of pharmaceutical enterprises. Methods: Based on the relevant theories of the compensation incentive mechanism, the paper used an integrated approach to analyze the existing problems and causes of the compensation incentive mechanism of the pharmaceutical enterprises in our country. Results and Conclusion: Proposed a better role of the compensation incentive in pharmaceutical enterprises.
