教学过程应该是学生在教师引导下自我发现的过程。新课堂应该明确学生的主体地位,倡导建立学生自主探索、发现、研究以及合作学习的机制,实现学习方式的多样化。这种教学观念要求教师在教学过程中充分尊重学生的人格,关注个体差异,创建学生主动参与的教学环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握及应用知识的能力和态度,把教学的本质定位为师生交往,从而构建互动的师生关系。
The teaching process should be the process of students’ self-discovery under the guidance of teachers. The new classroom should clarify the dominant position of students and advocate the establishment of a mechanism for students’ independent exploration, discovery, research and cooperative learning so as to diversify their learning styles.
