阐述固体磷铵或硫酸铵产品的干燥工艺现状,提出利用浓硫酸可以强烈吸收气体中水分并释放大量热的性质,将湿法磷酸或硫酸铵的原料浓硫酸先作为干燥剂,用于固体磷铵或硫酸铵产品的干燥的方法。介绍用此方法干燥磷铵或硫酸铵产品的原理、流程和优势。该法同样适用于硫酸酸解矿物制备的金属盐或金属氧化物的干燥。合理利用产品原料浓硫酸作为产品干燥剂可以达到节能减排、消除干燥尾气对大气污染的目的。
The current status of solid ammonium phosphate or ammonium sulfate product drying process is presented. The use of concentrated sulfuric acid can strongly absorb the moisture in the gas and release a large amount of heat. Wet sulfuric acid or sulfuric acid is used as the desiccant for the first sulfuric acid. Ammonium or ammonium sulfate products are dried. Describe the principles, processes and benefits of using this method to dry ammonium or ammonium sulfate products. This method is also applicable to the drying of metal salts or metal oxides prepared from sulfuric acid-hydrolysed minerals. Reasonable use of raw materials, raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid desiccant can achieve energy-saving emission reduction, dry exhaust to eliminate the purpose of air pollution.
