目的分离、鉴定一种新型他达拉非衍生物的结构。方法在液相色谱-串联质谱法对保健食品“金博大”的日常检测中,发现了一种可能的他达拉非衍生物,通过高效液相制备该化合物,并通过紫外光谱、精确分子量及串联质谱的信息推测该化合物的结构,经核磁共振及文献比对确证其结构。结果确证该化合物为2-羟乙基去甲基他达拉非(2-hydroxyethylnortadalafil),是一种新型的他达拉非衍生物。结论该化合物对人体可能产生的潜在危害认知较为有限,需引起关注。该类化合物的紫外及质谱行为规律可提供丰富的化合物信息,有助于新型衍生物结构的推测。
Objective To isolate and identify the structure of a novel tadalafil derivative. Methods In the daily test of health food “JINBU DA” by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, a possible tadalafil derivative was found, which was prepared by HPLC. The compound was identified by UV spectroscopy The molecular weight and tandem mass spectrometry information speculated that the structure of the compound, confirmed by NMR and literature comparison of its structure. As a result, it is confirmed that the compound is 2-hydroxyethylnortadalafil, a novel tadalafil derivative. Conclusion The compound has limited awareness of the potential harm to human body and needs attention. The UV and MS behavior of these compounds can provide rich compound information and contribute to the speculation of new derivatives.
