由能源部水利部杭州机械设计研究所承担的气力输送片冰技术科研试验任务,在理论研究、可行性试验、模拟工业性试验和通过技术评审的基础上,1991年由水电十四工程局在福建南一水库工程中实现了国内首次应用,取得了成功。一年多的使用实践证明,输冰系统性能良好、运行状况稳定,为南一水库工程能在高温季节持续生产预冷混凝土、保证大坝工程质量和施工进度发挥了重要作用,同时还节省了投资。
On the basis of theoretical research, feasibility test, industrial simulation test and technical review, the task of Pneumatic Conveying Flake Ice Technology undertaken by Hangzhou Mechanical Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources of the Ministry of Water Resources was started in 1991 by the Hydropower Engineering Bureau of XIV Fujian South a reservoir project to achieve the first domestic application, and achieved success. More than a year of practice shows that the performance of the ice conveying system is good and the operating conditions are stable. It has played an important role in the continuous production of pre-chilled concrete in the high temperature season, ensuring the dam construction quality and construction progress, and saving investment.
