动物体对结核感染的特异性免疫以细胞免疫为主,而胸腺在机体免疫功能方面占有重要地位。我们应用近交系小鼠观察了结核杆菌感染后对胸腺的影响,发现小鼠在感染结核杆菌H_(37)Rv3周时,胸腺缩小,细胞数下降。实验方法一、动物来源:中国科学院实验动物中心供应的JCR及C_(57)近交系小鼠,雄性,JCR系体重20克左右,C_(57)18克左右。二、分组:每组小鼠分别为8~28只。各设结核感染组及自然对照组,进行比较。三、菌株:标准人型结核杆菌(H_(37)RV),在改良罗氏培养基上次代培养2~3周,待生长丰盛,用生
The specific immunity of animals to TB infection is mainly cellular immunity, while the thymus plays an important role in the immune function of the body.
