针对目前贵州省煤矿众多,情况复杂,煤矿安全评价工作和管理难度大,不统一等存在的深层次矛盾,提出煤矿安全现状评价方法的研究课题,以矿井安全生产的九大系统〔1〕:矿井开采系统、矿井通风系统、矿井瓦斯、煤尘、火灾防治、矿井防治水安全、矿井机电安全、矿井运输、提升安全、矿井爆破材料及井下爆破、矿山救护以及矿井安全综合管理为研究重点,用层次法数学模型,结合安全检查表法,基于B/S(Browser/Server)结构,用ASP.NET 2.0语言编制煤矿安全现状评价系统,实现了安全评价的网络操作化。安全评价系统由现场专家打分子系统结合专家系统的AHP权重值,得出实际煤矿的安全现状等级,系统解决了目前安全评价复杂、不易统一管理和不易定量化的问题,为WEB方式进行安全评价提供了科学、有益的探索,具有重大现实意义。
Aiming at the deep contradictions existing in many large coal mines in Guizhou Province, complicated situations, difficult and inconsistent coal mine safety assessment work and management, this paper puts forward the research topics of coal mine safety status quo evaluation methods, taking the nine major systems of mine safety production [1] Mine mining system, mine ventilation system, mine gas, coal dust, fire prevention and control, mine water safety control, mine electrical and mechanical safety, mine transportation, enhance safety, mine blasting materials and underground blasting, mine rescue and mine safety management for the study focus, With the hierarchical mathematical model, combined with the security checklist method, based on the B / S (Browser / Server) structure, the system of evaluating the status of coal mine safety is compiled with ASP.NET 2.0 language and the network operation of safety evaluation is realized. Security evaluation system consists of on-site expert scoring system combined with the expert system’s AHP weight value, the actual status of the coal mine safety status, the system to solve the current security evaluation is complex, not easy to manage and difficult to quantify quantitative issues for the WEB security evaluation Provide a scientific, useful exploration, of great practical significance.
