目的 :研究L -arg和L -NAME对大鼠心血管功能的影响。方法 :给SD大鼠应用L -arg(L -精氨酸 )和L -NAME (L -硝基精氨酸甲酯 ) ,用动脉和心室插管的方法 ,观察其平均动脉血压 (MAPB)、心率 (HR)、最高左心室内压力(PVP)、左心室内压最大上升速率 (dp/dt-max)和左心室内压最大下降速率 (-dp/dt-max)变化。结果 :L -arg可以使MAPB由 87± 2 6 (mmHg)下降至 77± 2 1,HR由 199.8± 48.4(times/min)下降至 12 5 .8± 32 .4;L -NAME可以使MAPB由 87± 2 6上升至 10 3± 2 7,HR由 199.8± 48.4上升至 2 39.6± 2 1.9。而L -arg和L -NAME对PVP、dp/dt-max和dp/dt-max的影响不明显。结论 :体内一氧化氮 (NO)的合成底物L -arg增多可以使MAPB降低也可以使HR减慢 ;而一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的抑制剂L -NAME则相反 ,可使MAPB升高 ,使HR加速。但二者对心室功能的影响不明显。间接提示体内NO的多少对血压和心率具有明显的调节作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of L-arg and L -NAME on cardiovascular function in rats. Methods: L - arginine (L - arginine) and L - NAME (L - arginine methyl ester) were injected into SD rats. The mean arterial pressure (MAPB) , Heart rate (HR), maximum left ventricular pressure (PVP), maximum rate of left ventricular pressure (dp / dt-max) and maximum rate of left ventricular pressure (-dp / dt-max) Results: L-arginine decreased MAPB from 87 ± 2 6 (mmHg) to 77 ± 2 1, HR decreased from 199.8 ± 48.4 (times / min) to 125.8 ± 32.4 L-NAME could make MAPB From 87 ± 2 6 to 10 3 ± 2 7, HR increased from 199.8 ± 48.4 to 2 39.6 ± 2 1.9. The effects of L-arg and L -NAME on PVP, dp / dt-max and dp / dt-max were not obvious. CONCLUSION: Increased L-arginine, which is the synthetic substrate of nitric oxide (NO), can decrease MAPB and HR, while L -NAME, an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), can reverse MAPB High, accelerating HR. But the two of the ventricular function is not obvious. Indirect NO tips how much the body’s blood pressure and heart rate have a significant regulatory role
