在中小型工厂中常常遇到测量螺旋升角较大、模数较大的阿基米德蜗杆的齿形。这类工件,因螺旋升角大,干涉现象严重,用影象法测量,整个齿面不能同时清晰成象,测量误差大;又因模数较大,测量刀亦不能与全齿面同时接触,很难进行测量。我们在万能工具显微镜上用装有特制刀形测头的灵敏杠杆定位,进行坐标法测量。几年实践证明,用此法对阿基米德蜗杆、铲背前的蜗轮滚刀或蜗轮剃齿刀的齿形进行测量,效果都很好。具体做法如下: 一、装刀先在显微镜纵滑板中部的基准面上装上测量刀(斜刃测量刀),将刀刃调整到与理论齿形角相同的位置(如图1),并固定好。测量刀刃口模拟阿基米德蜗
