设备故障可诊断性的分析对于设备的故障诊断具有重要的指导意义 .因此 ,在对设备进行故障诊断前 ,应首先分析该设备的可诊断性 ,然后决定是否有必要继续对设备进行诊断或应采取的方法和手段 .对此本文研究并探索了设备可诊断性的有关问题 .首先提出了设备可诊断性的基本概念 ,并给出分析可诊断性的一种计算方法 ;在此基础上 ,用实例分析了诊断模型和诊断精度对可诊断性的影响 .研究表明本文所提出的分析设备可诊断性的计算方法是行之有效的 .
Diagnostic analysis of equipment failure is of great guiding significance to the equipment fault diagnosis, therefore, before the equipment diagnosis, it should first analyze the diagnosis of the equipment, and then decide whether it is necessary to continue to diagnose the equipment or should This paper studies and explores the diagnostic issues related to the equipment.Firstly, the basic concepts of equipment diagnosticability are presented and a method to analyze the diagnostics is given.On this basis, An example is given to analyze the influence of the diagnostic model and diagnostic accuracy on the diagnosability.The research shows that the diagnostic method proposed in this paper is effective.
