博物馆是历史文化的沉淀,也是现代科技发展的生动记录,为社会大众提供了丰富的学习资源和机会,是服务社会大众的重要机构。社会公共关系一方面促进了博物馆的发展,实现了博物馆经营的社会价值最大化;另一方面也提高了博物馆的宣传效果,为其经营赢得了更好的发展前景。因此,对博物馆与社会公共关系的研究是博物馆持续、稳定发展的有效前提。通过对其发展状况、性质、分类、社会职能及二者关系的概述,从中提炼出了二者现存的不足及未来的发展趋势,为博物馆发展和社会公众关系的和谐、创新提供了基本的信息支撑。
Museum is a historical and cultural precipitation, but also a vivid record of the development of modern science and technology, for the community to provide a wealth of learning resources and opportunities, is an important agency to serve the community. On the one hand, social public relations promoted the development of museums and maximized the social value of museum management; on the other hand, it enhanced the publicity of museums and won better prospects for its development. Therefore, the research on the relationship between museums and the public is an effective prerequisite for the sustainable and stable development of the museum. By summarizing its development status, nature, classification, social function and the relationship between the two, it expatiates the existing insufficiency and future development trend of the two, and provides the basic information for the harmony and innovation of museum development and social public relations support.
