高职院校的生源差,学生英语的基础更差。网络英语给高职院校的英语教学带来了新的曙光。本文就高职院校网络英语教学师生角色的定位作了一定的探索。教学改革能否成功,关键在教师。教师要摆正自己的位置,做好自己角色转换的工作。在教学实践中,教师应该是组织者、监督者、引导者、合作者。只有这样去理解自己的身份,并按此实践,才有可能调动学生的学习积极性。学生有了学习积极性,采取了适当的学习策略,才能切切实实提高听、说的实践能力,才能谈得上提高英语的教学质量。
Vocational colleges are poorly sourced, and students’ English is even worse. Network English has brought new dawn to English teaching in vocational colleges. This article makes some explorations on the role of teachers and students in English teaching in higher vocational colleges. The key to success in teaching reform is teachers. Teachers should correct their position and do their job of changing roles. In teaching practice, teachers should be organizers, supervisors, guides, and collaborators. Only in this way to understand their own identity, and according to this practice, it is possible to mobilize the students’ enthusiasm for learning. Students have the enthusiasm for learning and adopt appropriate learning strategies in order to effectively improve the listening and speaking practice abilities so as to improve the quality of English teaching.
