目的:筛选出适合青天葵无土栽培的营养液配方。方法:测定4种不同的营养液配方对基质栽培青天葵的生长、抗氧化酶活性及氨基酸含量的影响。结果:1/2剂量莴苣营养液配方最有利于青天葵的生长,能提高产量;4种营养液均能提高青天葵抗氧化酶活性及氨基酸含量,其中,1/2剂量绿叶菜营养液配方最有利于提高氨基酸含量。结论:1/2剂量莴苣营养液配方是青天葵生长的最适营养液,该研究结果可以为青天葵无土栽培提供依据。
Objective: To screen out the nutrient solution which is suitable for soilless cultivation of Artemisia selengensis. Methods: The effects of four different nutrient solutions on the growth, antioxidant enzyme activity and amino acid content of cultured cultivated A. natans were determined. Results: Half dose of lettuce nutrient solution was the most beneficial to the growth of the sunflower, which could increase the yield. The four kinds of nutrient solution could increase the antioxidant enzyme activity and amino acid content of the green sunflower, of which 1/2 dose of green leaf nutrient solution Most conducive to raising the amino acid content. Conclusion: 1/2 dose of lettuce nutrient solution is the optimum nutrient solution for the growth of Artemisia selengensis. The results of this study can provide a basis for soilless culture of Artemisia selengensis.
