The efficient and stable production technology of R & D converter below 180t for smelting and purifying steel has important strategic significance for promoting the energy saving and environmental protection and circular economy development of steelmaking enterprises at home and abroad. The project is based on Laiwu Steel 120t composite blowing converter, slab caster and other process equipment, independent research and development, to create a 180t below the converter smelting efficient and clean steel unique process. The main scientific and technological innovation: (1) the development of converter slag sliding slag technology to achieve the final stability of inclusions in steel
