通过分析承钢钒钛矿烧结烟气特点,针对湿法脱硫工艺流程存在的问题,采取拆除全部旁路烟道、优化脱硫各系统运行参数、开展Ca/S摩尔比研究攻关、降低除雾器故障率、提高副产物石膏品质等措施,使烧结机与脱硫系统同步运行率达到了100%,Ca/S摩尔比降低0.18,出口烟气二氧化硫平均排放达标率提高了5.5个百分点。生产实践证明:石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺对钒钛矿烧结烟气具有较强的适应性和推广意义。
By analyzing the characteristics of sintering flue gas in Chengde vanadium titanium mine, aiming at the existing problems in wet FGD process, all the bypass flue is removed, the operating parameters of desulfurization system are optimized, the Ca / S molar ratio research is carried out, the demister The failure rate and the quality of gypsum by-products were increased. The synchronous operation rate of sintering machine and desulfurization system reached 100%, the Ca / S molar ratio decreased 0.18, and the average emission compliance rate of export flue gas sulfur dioxide increased by 5.5%. The production practice proves that limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology has strong adaptability and promotion significance for vanadium-titanium sintered flue gas.
