目的为科学、规范掌握中国达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫疫源地现状,同时为该疫源地的风险评估以及防控措施效果评估提供依据。方法按照达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫疫源地的人间、动物鼠疫流行情况,宿主栖息地的变化及黄鼠密度等情况对疫源地进行分类。结果中国达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地分为6类。结论中国达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫疫源地要因地制宜,分类指导,采用不同类型的监测方法,才能在防治和监测中取得事半功倍的效果。
The purpose is to scientifically and standardize the status quo of the plague foci of the daurian ground squirrel in China and to provide a basis for the risk assessment of the foci and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the prevention and control measures. Methods According to the prevalence of human and animal plague in the plague foci of Daurian ground squirrel, the change of host habitat and the density of squirrels were classified according to the epidemic situation. Results The natural foci of the Dalu rat plague were divided into 6 categories. Conclusion The plague foci of the Chinese daurian ground squirrel should be based on local conditions, classified guidance and different types of monitoring methods in order to achieve a multiplier effect in prevention and monitoring.
