前言气体软氮化是70年代在液体软氮化基础上发展起来的一种新工艺。国外早在60年代末期就对无公害气体软氮化进行了大量的研究。至今已广泛地应用了。这方面主要有:氧气+氨气,空气+氨气及氨气+水等。国内北京内燃机总厂对加氧气体软氮化进行了系统的研究并应用于生产取得了可喜的成果。江西第二机床厂等单位,以氨水为原料对高速钢刀具进行软氮化处理,收到了显著地效果。我们在他们试验的基础上,结合我们厂的具体情况进行了一些试验和应用,收到了一些效果。
Introduction Gas nitrocarburizing is a new process developed on the basis of liquid nitriding in the 1970s. Abroad as early as the late 60s on the pollution-free gas nitrocarburizing a lot of research. Has been widely used so far. In this regard are: oxygen + ammonia, ammonia and ammonia + water and so on. Domestic Beijing Internal Combustion Engine Plant on the oxygen gas nitrocarburizing a systematic study and applied to the production of gratifying results. Jiangxi Second Machine Tool Plant and other units to ammonia as raw materials for high-speed steel cutting tool soft nitriding, received a significant effect. On the basis of their experiments, we conducted some experiments and applications based on the specific conditions of our factory and received some results.
