本文用裂解色谱法对环氧乙烷—环氧丙烷共聚醚表面活性剂进行了结构分析。样品在磷酸存在下,用管式炉裂解器在470℃裂解,裂解碎片在GDX-403柱上进行色谱分离。选择了最佳裂解条件。定性了各裂解碎片峰。依据特征峰可鉴别该类表面活性剂,区别无规和嵌段共聚醚并对端基的情况进行判断。依据碎片峰的校正峰面积可以测定氧乙烯基和氧丙烯基的比例,测定结果与核磁法结果相符。方法简单、快速、样品用量少。
In this paper, the structural analysis of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolyether surfactants was carried out by pyrolysis chromatography. The sample was cleaved at 470 ° C in a tube furnace cracker in the presence of phosphoric acid and the cracked fragments were chromatographed on a GDX-403 column. Choose the best lysis conditions. Qualified the cracked fragments peak. Based on the characteristic peaks, this type of surfactant can be identified, distinguishing random and block copolyethers and judging the end groups. The ratio of oxyethylene and oxypropylene groups can be determined according to the peak area of the fragment peaks. The results are in good agreement with the results of NMR.
