目的:比较冠状动脉造影(CAG)与多排螺旋CT(MSCT)冠脉成像的影像学资料,探讨CAG与MSCT在冠动脉病变、斑块显示、血流动力学等方面的差异,评价MSCT在冠心病诊断和治疗中的应用价值,为临床科学利用MSCT冠脉成像技术提供理论依据。方法:选择2011年9月-2012年9月期间临床疑似或诊断为冠心病的患者50例为研究对象,采用数字减影血管造影机和64排容积CT机对入选患者进行CAG及MSCT冠脉成像检查。结果:CAG能清晰显示冠状动脉的各主支及其分段血管的解剖结构;MSCT断结果总体与CAG高度一致(p<0.001)。结论:MSCT能清晰显示冠状动脉常见区域的形态学改变,能清晰显示冠脉斑块和部分侧枝血管形成情况,可以作为一种诊断冠心病的筛检手段应用于临床。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the imaging data of coronary angiography (CAG) and multislice spiral CT (MSCT) coronary angiography to explore the differences between CAG and MSCT in coronary artery disease, plaque display, hemodynamics and so on. Coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment of the value of clinical science for the use of MSCT coronary angiography provides a theoretical basis. Methods: From September 2011 to September 2012, 50 patients with suspected or diagnosed CHD were enrolled in this study. The patients underwent CAG and MSCT coronary angiography by digital subtraction angiography and 64-row CT. Imaging examination. Results: CAG could clearly show the anatomy of the main branches and segmental vessels in coronary arteries. The results of MSCT were consistent with those of CAG (p <0.001). Conclusion: MSCT can clearly show the morphological changes of common coronary arteries and can clearly show the formation of coronary artery plaque and some collateral vessels. It can be used as a screening method to diagnose coronary heart disease in clinic.
