中国的职业教育多年来发展缓慢,被边缘化,也不被百姓看好,被认为是“下等教育”“次等教育”。职业教育既没有自己的理论及话语体系,也没有较为科学、系统的适应现代市场经济的课程体系,成为弱势教育。如何让职业教育挺起胸膛,搭建起宏大的职业教育“立交桥”?本文提出:政府重视、构建以能力为本的职教课程体系、普通中学生可以读职教培训班、狠抓职业院校的校长队伍及教师队伍、加大职校学生实践的宽度与长度等可行性发展策略。
The vocational education in China has been developing slowly, being marginalized and not being valued by the people over the years. It is considered to be “undergraduate education” and “second education”. Vocational education neither has its own theory and discourse system, there is no more scientific and systematic curriculum system to adapt to the modern market economy, become vulnerable education. How to make vocational education stand tall and build a great vocational education “Overpass”? This paper proposes: The government attaches importance to building a capacity-based vocational education curriculum system, ordinary secondary school students can read vocational training courses, pay close attention to vocational schools School principals team and teachers, to increase the width and length of practice of vocational school students and other feasibility of development strategy.
