目的:探究不同类型诱导子对欧洲花楸悬浮细胞(SACC)次生代谢的影响。方法:用酵母提取物(yeast extract,YE)、重金属(铜、铅、镧)和化感物质(藁本内酯、阿魏酸、正丁基苯酞)三类诱导子处理SACC,用GC-MS检测其次生代谢产物变化。结果:与CK相比,YE处理后产生联苯类,长链烷酸、甾体数量减少;重金属处理后,长链烷酸数量增加,甾体、三萜数量减少;化感物质处理后长链烷酸、甾体和三萜类数量均减少。结论:三类诱导子对SACC次生代谢的影响不同,而同类型诱导子各处理组的作用基本一致,暗示不同类型诱导子会刺激SACC启动不同的次生代谢产物途径。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different types of elicitors on secondary metabolism of Sorbus aucuparia L. suspension cells (SACC). Methods: SACCs were treated with yeast extract (YE), heavy metals (copper, lead and lanthanum) and three kinds of inducer (allelolactone, ferulic acid and n-butylphthalide) -MS detection of secondary metabolites changes. Results: Compared with CK, the amount of biphenyls and long-chain alkanoic acids decreased after treated with YE, while the number of long-chain alkanoic acids increased and the number of steroids and triterpenes decreased after heavy metal treatment. After the treatment of allelochemicals Alkanoic acids, steroids and triterpenoids decreased. CONCLUSION: The effects of three kinds of elicitors on the secondary metabolism of SACC are different, whereas those of the same type of elicitors are basically the same, suggesting that different types of elicitors will stimulate SACC to initiate different secondary metabolite pathways.
