1辆新型工程车在工程装备试验基地进行推土清障作业时,其推土装置顶推架上的顶推头突然发生断裂。经了解,该工程车在推土清障时遇到障碍物,驾驶人员将该工程车倒车1m多以后,再向前行驶并冲击障碍物时,发生顶推头断裂故障。为此,我们在分析顶推头结构的基础上,对顶推头断裂原因进行分析,找出断裂原因,并采取改进措施,以期提高顶推头的可靠性和使用寿命。1.顶推头结构特点和工艺要求该新型工程车推土装置由顶推架1、左推土铲2、右推土铲3、变铲缸4、起升缸5和顶推头6等组成,如图1所示。

Jacking head structural features and process requirements The new bulldozers for construction vehicles consist of jacking frame 1, left dozer 2, right dozer 3, changing cylinder 4, lifting cylinder 5 and jacking head 6 Composition, as shown in Figure 1.
