在电子商务发展迅猛的今天,日本乐天凭借其在日本本土极具统治力的业务表现一跃成为颇具世界影响力的电商龙头。乐天集团的崛起很大程度上源于乐天对其平台内卖家的科学培训。本文从乐天与其旗下卖家的良性互动为出发点,全面剖析其互动背后的科学性和合理性,并与中国电商在相应方面做出的举动进行比对,为中国电商发展提供部分启发。
Today, with the rapid development of e-commerce, Japan Lotte has become the leading player in the world with its dominating business performance in Japan. The rise of Lotte Group largely stems from Lotte’s scientific training of sellers within its platform. This article from the positive interaction between Lotte and its sellers as a starting point, a comprehensive analysis of the scientific behind their interaction and rationality, and with the Chinese e-commerce in the corresponding aspects of the move made to provide some inspiration for the development of China’s e-commerce.
