目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定抗疟药哌喹的含量。方法:以0.05mol·L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,测定波长为346nm,通过专属性试验、准确度试验、线性试验、精密度试验等方法学研究,建立紫外分光光度法测定哌喹含量的方法。结果:哌喹测定的线性方程为:A=0.0637C-0.00033,r=0.9999,线性范围为4~12μg·mL-1;准确度试验(n=9)平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.8%。结论:以紫外分光光度法测定哌喹的含量,方法准确、简单易行,是适合快速测定哌喹含量的方法。
Objective: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of anti-malarial piperaquine. METHODS: A 0.05 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution was used as the solvent and the wavelength was set at 346 nm. The method of UV spectrophotometry for the determination of piperquinone was established by the method of specificity test, accuracy test, linearity test and precision test. . Results: The linear equation for the determination of piperacillin was: A = 0.0637C-0.00033, r = 0.9999 with a linear range of 4 ~ 12μg · mL-1; the average recovery of accuracy test (n = 9) was 100.0% %. Conclusion: The method for the determination of piperaquine by UV spectrophotometry is accurate and simple. It is a suitable method for rapid determination of piperacillin.
