针对传统灰色关联度算法分析能源—经济—环境系统关系存在的缺陷问题,提出了一种改进的灰色关联度算法,满足了序列的保序效应和算法的规范性,并以某地区能源—经济—环境系统协调性研究为例,利用该算法分别研究了能源与经济、经济与环境和能源与环境等二元系统的协调关系以及能源—经济—环境三元系统的协调关系,并将计算结果与传统算法进行比较。结果表明,改进的算法合理、可行;影响该地区能源经济环境系统协调性的重要因素是能源消费布局,在该地区范围内推广电能替代政策对能源经济环境系统的协调发展起着至关重要的作用。
