本文用X射线荧光光谱滤纸片法测定了先秦时代12个古青铜器样中Cu、Pb、Sn、Fe和Zn的含量,结果满意。样品用(HCl+H2O2)溶解,点滴在滤纸片上,自然凉干后在真空干燥器中预抽真空30分钟,然后XRF测定。此法可以减少基体效应,标准工作曲线元素浓度与X射线强度之间的相关系数大于0.99,回收率在97~104%之间,测量精密度小于2.00%。用本法测定铜的结果与化学法一致。本法简单、快速和精确。它也适用于其他古文物中的元素测定。
In this paper, the content of Cu, Pb, Sn, Fe and Zn in ancient bronze samples from Pre-Qin period was measured by X-ray fluorescence spectrum filter paper method. The results were satisfactory. The sample was dissolved in (HCl + H2O2), dripped on the filter paper, and naturally vacuumed for 30 minutes in a vacuum drier before XRF measurement. The method can reduce the matrix effect. The correlation coefficient between the standard working curve element concentration and the X-ray intensity is greater than 0.99, the recovery rate is between 97 and 104%, and the measurement precision is less than 2.00%. Determination of copper by this method results consistent with the chemical method. This law is simple, fast and accurate. It is also suitable for the determination of elements in other antiquities.
