On the management, concepts, theories and their description can be described as sweat, however, if attributed to its most essential connotation, but is “rules ” the word, and management success are all related to this. “Coca-Cola ” You can not drink a second taste, “McDonald’s ” everywhere in the world with yellow “M ” and sincere service waiting for you. On the contrary, the failure of most management is not due to the rules. For example, our state-owned enterprises have once established a pile of rules but not strictly enforced. Profoundly, the rules of management are often confused and disturbed by moral constraints. This article is based on the story of an allusion - Dr. Lean, on which the issue is analyzed.
