全面落实课程计划,开齐、开足、上好所规定的课程是实施素质教育的根本保证。但是,像我们这样偏远山区的农村小学,“小科”教学难以落实,更无法达到课标要求。因此,必须引起广大教育工作者的重视。笔者利用参加全乡小学督导评估的机会对“小科”教学情况作了调研。调研发现,“小科”课程不仅没有开齐、开足,而且在教学的落实上均存在较大问题。主要表现在以下几个方面:1.“小科”课程教学不能完全落实,要么被语数课挤占,要么只走走过场。上体育课时,有篮球的学校教师只拿个篮球应付了事;没有体育器材的学校干脆让学生自由活动。上美术课时.由于缺乏器材,教师仅让学生随意画点铅笔素描,其它小
