为研究薄煤层液压支架静力学承载特性,以薄煤层液压支架ZY2100/8/15为例,分析了其在井下支护时载荷较为恶劣的2种组合工况。采用有限元分析方法及内加载方式对上述工况进行模拟,探究了薄煤层液压支架自顶而下的应力、位移变化特点。针对分析结果显示的顶梁强度较弱问题,给出某些危险区域肋板加厚的建议。提出的自顶而下的应力分析方法,对薄煤层液压支架的结构优化设计及母材分配具有重要意义。
In order to study the static bearing characteristics of hydraulic supports in thin coal seams, taking the thin coal seam hydraulic supporter ZY2100 / 8/15 as an example, two kinds of combined working conditions with poor load during underground support are analyzed. The finite element analysis method and internal loading method were used to simulate the above conditions, and the characteristics of top-down stress and displacement of thin-walled hydraulic supports were explored. In view of the analysis result shows that the strength of the roof beam is weak, some suggestions for thickened floors in some dangerous areas are given. The proposed top-down stress analysis method is of great significance to the structural optimization design of thin hydraulic support and the distribution of base metal.
