为了解决煤矿中瓦斯突出的问题,运用Fluent模拟软件建立了顺层长钻孔预抽瓦斯的数值模型,通过对模拟结果进行分析,得出了适用于屯兰矿防突的相关参数,并进行了现场试验。试验结果显示,工作面瓦斯经预抽后,残余瓦斯压力降至0.27~0.47 MPa,瓦斯预抽率41.3%,均达到了相关的要求指标。说明了采用顺层长钻孔抽采瓦斯能够有效地防止突出危险的发生。
In order to solve the problem of gas outburst in coal mines, a numerical model of gas drainage with long boreholes along a long bed was established by using Fluent simulation software. The relevant parameters for outburst prevention in Tunlan Mine were obtained by analyzing the simulation results. Field test. The test results show that the residual gas pressure is reduced to 0.27-0.47 MPa and the gas pre-pumping rate is 41.3% after the pre-pumping of gas on the working face, all meeting the relevant requirements. This shows that the use of long boreholes drilled gas drainage can effectively prevent the prominent danger occurred.
