目的 :研究少年期中切牙区唇侧牙槽骨骨开裂和骨开窗的发生率并探讨与其相关的硬组织测量指标。方法 :对42例符合纳入标准的错牙合畸形患者的锥体束CT(CBCT)进行评估,应用MIMICS 10.0软件测量168颗中切牙牙槽骨缺损值并统计骨开裂和(或)骨开窗的发生率,并对42例患者进行CBCT三维和头颅侧位片二维头影测量,应用SPSS 21.0统计软件对中切牙区牙槽骨缺损值与8项常用的硬组织测量指标进行Spearman相关性分析。结果:少年期上、下中切牙区牙槽骨缺损的发生率分别为7.14%、70.24%;上、下中切牙骨开裂值与SN-MP角呈正相关;下中切牙骨开窗值与ANB角、L1-NB角、L1-MP角呈负相关,与SNB角呈正相关。结论:少年期下中切牙骨缺损的发生率较高,头影测量中部分硬组织测量指标与中切牙骨缺损的发生相关,对临床具有参考价值。
