针对原有的分层注水管柱和测试工艺只适用层段划分在 8m以上的分层井 ,对 8m以内的众多小层不能划分的问题 ,研制了适用于小夹层、小卡距 ,防止测压时封隔器下部高压层向上部低压层产生压力传递的“两小一防”细分注水管柱。管柱主要由超短式可洗井封隔器、配水器、筛管和挡球等组成。封隔器和配水器直接连接 ,相邻两配水器之间距离可缩小到 2m ,可用常规的投捞测试工具对管柱进行投捞和分层测试 ,整个管柱不受层段数限制。现场试验表明 ,细分注水管柱完全适用于 1 40mm套管井 9个层段以下的分层注水工艺 ,为油田稳油控水提供了可靠的技术保证

Field tests show that the subdivision water injection string is fully suitable for stratified water injection process below 9 layers of 1 40mm cased hole and provides a reliable technical guarantee for oil stabilization
